“a real find in a chain motel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2012

The two of us were driving through Casper and needed a motel. This motel is modeled after the older hotels in the national parks built by the railroads and it did not dissapoint. The high ceilings in the lobby, 5 hot tubs that seated 4 people, and a large pool were great after a long day on the road. The rooms were very up to date and everything was perfect for a one night stay. The free breakfast was above average and we would definitely return to this chain.

My family really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The indoor pool was fun for the kids. The only thing that bothered me was as we were loading up the car, I ran back up to do one last room check and the maids had already entered our room, left the door open and were nowhere to be found. That, compounded with the fact that I had just found an active key in the trash outside (not the hotels fault) made me uncomfortable.

We have a stopover in Casper most years and have tried several of the well-known motel chains. We decided to try this one based on Tripavisor reviews. This was a mistake. The place is easy to find, just off the I25 and the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. However, there is a vast reception area which is a waste of space and the balcony of our room overlooked an indoor atrium and had 2 uncomfortable chairs. Useless!

We had no natural light in the room at all. We asked to transfer to a room with natural light but were simply told no, without any apology.

We asked about places to eat but the staff could not recommend anywhere leaving us to discover for ourseves that there was an Applebe's and an Outback Steak House (where we had an excellent meal) only a few minutes walk away.

The breakfast was the usual standard tasteless motel fare.

This is a glorified motel pretending to be something better, with prices to match.

We stayed at the C'mon Inn in Casper on our way home from Yellowstone. Everything about it was great. The lodge type decor was fabulous. They had the best free breakfast on our trip. The beds were just right for our taste. There are plenty of places nearby to eat. Our room had a balcony overlooking all the pools and hot tubs. I'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel has solved all the encumbrances families face. The rooms are easy to get to, on an indoor courtyard where the pools and breakfast are located. Rooms are neat. The bed was comfortable. My only issue was the loud group sitting in the courtyard outside our room until midnight. But the rest of our family slept well so we could roll out easily the next morning.

I scored an outside room that was just a few doors down from the door to the N parking lot. The room was ready to go with no issues. The decor of the hotel is pretty interesting - it is sort of like a large log cabin lodge you might have visited 100 years ago, except that it has all the modern amenities you'd want today such as complimentary breakfast, in-room Internet, multiple hot tubs, and indoor pool and ample parking.
Just down the way are Outback and Applebees, and a short distance away on 2nd St there are a lot more choices. My local favorite is Sanford's Grill and Pub on WY Blvd.
I got back from a party late, and slept like a baby until my BlackBerry told me it was time to hit the road S on I-25. I sampled the breakfast and found it adequate for my road trip.

Room Tip: If you have kids, take an inside room near the East end by the pool. If you don't need to keep...

This is our first family vacation. we stayed there for two nights (Executive queen) .... room is very nice but kinda of limit space for 4 people.... if u want a bigger room please get a fireplace suite.they only serve breakfast there.. if u want dinner applebee and outback steak are the closet to cmonn inn.
inside of the hotel is beautiful. our twin sons are in awe with the fishes pond located inside the hotel .we get to feed the fishes before we leave. it was an awesome expericence. my only complaint is the swimming pool and spa is very cloudy and little dirty... and at last the housekeeper is the issue ( didnt vaccum carpet and mop the bathroom room floor and so on ). i will stay again next year. thank for letting us stay there

Room Tip: 4 or more people get a fireplace suite( room is huge)
