We stayed in a one bedroom condo and it was fantastic! Very clean, spatious and we loved the full kitchen and deck. The kids slept on the Murphy bed in the living room and had their "own room". The water park was just outside our unit, and we thought it was the best of the 3 outdoor parks. It seemed that not too many guests from the Wilderness Lodge had ventured over to our waterpark, so it was realatively empty.

Everyone we encountered was very nice, the service was great and the price was just right.

We especially loved all of the indoor walk ways - you could walk to anywhere! We even tried the shuttle once, and that worked very well.

The indoor play areas were a blast - thekids loved the air guns.

We would HIGHLY suggest this place for anyone. Very lovely.

We had 2 adults (not grown-up). And our 4 daughters 22, 20, 19, 15. 1 son-in-law 21. And 3 family friends-18 year old girls and my 2 year old grandson. The Glacier was by far the best resort for all of us. We stayed in a 3 bedroom deluxe and it was clean, roomy, and made the vacation more homey. We only stayed for 2 nights which is not enough time to see everything they have here. I don't know why the reviews of negative customer service because ours was great!! The security was very helpful. The shuttle was always on time and the drivers friendly. I can't say enough about this resort. But We will be back and I can't wait. I did take the tips and we brought our own bottled water and beach towels and we cooked in our room. This way the trip was really cheap for all of us that went. I will say this is the best vacation we had!

So my husband and I and our 10 month old just got home from a week long stay in a one bedroom condo at GC. After reading reviews on how "dirty" rooms were I was worried. But our room was VERY clean and we loved it. The one bedroom condo is just beautiful, great decor , great space, loved it. But I am sure you wanna here about the bads things. Overall our stay was wonderful, we had a great time, here the things that we didnt enjoy. One dont even bother asking the staff or lifeguards a things THEY DONT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH. How can lifegaurds not speak english, it was very bothersome tring to find somthing and having NO ONE TO TALK TO. Second dont eat the the TEX MEX place in the water dome park, the food was really bad and the tables were really nasty, we have a kid with small fingers and the tables have slits in them that had moldy food stuck in there, this was EVERY table. Next be carful in the parking lots, the STAFF who drives around in cars/carts what ever dont pay look for you walking or driving, I would say we alomst got hit 4 times by STAFF. Next during the week many of the parks are closed as are many things around the resort due to "slowness" . Also dont try and watch a movie in your room you rent on the tv you have to call an dit is a long ordeal there system goes in and out all day long.
Well those were a few of the BAD AND UGLY things. here are some of the great thigns
we went at a time that not many peple were there so no wait time for anything it was great, the shuttles were fast, the parks were not packed and it was a nice time. They came everyday to empty trash and give new towels. The hallways and common areas were all clean and maintained. overall we were very happy and we WILL stay there again. We also wanna try the GC on the lake

We were originally booked here for two nights, but only stayed for one. The hotel was great. We stayed in a one bedroom premier and found it to be roomy and modern. The reason we left was only because the waterpark we wanted to go to was closed. The only indoor parks open were Klondike Kavern and The Wild Waterdome. Klondike is rather small and we do not really enjoy the Wild Waterdome. It was not warm enough for the outdoor waterparks to be open. The website lists the waterpark hours so make sure you double check before your trip. They were very understanding about us leaving and we will definitely return this summer.
