We've always loved the Dells Applebees (even posted a review of praise in the past). However, our visit for dinner on Sunday was a surprising disappointment. The menus were dirty and sticky, my husband said there was no soap or paper towels in the men's room and said it appeared that someone had emptied a dirty diaper in the sink. My food arrived cold, my husband's soup was so bad he sent it back and overall the food was not up to par. We rarely complain, but did tell our server about the soup and she took it off the bill and was really nice about it. No complaints about the service, she was great and it was very busy that evening. I just can't reccomend this restaurant as it is. It needs some clean-up and either more or better cooks in the kitchen because it shows that they are struggling to keep up back there.
