We spent three nights here in August of 2012. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived on a Sunday at about eleven in the morning so they did not have any rooms cleaned yet from a fully booked weekend. She got right on it and had a room ready for us in the hour it took to go for lunch and there was no charge for checking in early.
The room we rented had two queen beds and was sapcious enough for our family of 6 (kids aged 3-10). The room was clean and did not smell at all smokey. They do have an outdoor pool with a small waterslide but we did not use it. There is wireless internet which worked fine if you were close to the office (ie in main building). We were in the back building which used a booster but I could not connect with it so I had to sit on the covered porch of our room to get internet service. The owner tried restarting the router but it did not help and we had to make do.
The room rate was very reasonable at $75/night and we got one day of free passes to Mt. Olympus on the first day. For the other days we received discounted tickets for Noah's Ark and various other attractions. All in all a very good deal considering the hotels associated with the parks charge $180 and up and you only get two tickets worth about $25 included with your stay.
We would definitely stay here again.
