We reserved a room at the Flamingo Motel for two nights and as many did before us, fled after the first night.
The management refused to refund our money, saying that by signing for the room when we arrived we also agreed to accept their cancellation policy. So, my advice, don't sign anything before you see the actual room you will be staying at.
Now the room: It absolutely stank. It had a musty odor that the staff had tried to conceal with some kind of chemical. Awful! Our clothes and everything caught the stench. We are now at home and even our sutcase stinks of that.
The doorknobs were disgustingly dirty and there were hairs in the cornes of the sink, large spots on the chairs, like somebody peed on them. The bedspreads were actually sticky with dirt.
The surprising part: the same reviews written by people 4 years ago and nothing has changed!
Hopefully this review turns away a lot of business from them and directs it to all those better looking hotels and motels in the Wisconsin Dells area, and it seems that that's all others with the exception of one!

I stayed at this hotel during the dells automotion car show, we received the worst customer service in my life. We had no Hot water, the tv didn't work, no phone service. When we complained the front desk said they couldn't do anything for us and said we could leave if we wanted to but would not give us our money back. Mutiple people tried to talk with the manager and she was no help. She even said she didn't care if we ever came back to the hotel again. I would never stay here again even if the room was free and plan on making sure no one I know ever stays tere either!!!!

Booked room for 2 nights and was told i would recieve 2 noahs ark tickets each night i stayed to get a call a few days later saying there not handing them out till the week after my stay(the main reason i booked my stay there!!!) and said we could change our dates to that next week to pay DOUBLE the price!!!!
terrible service. dont tell someone theyll get something. and then call and say they cant. offer to change the dates and charge me double..dont waste your money or your time here!!!!

This hotel is awful. Old, dirty, outdated, they're like apartments in a guetto neighborhood you see on cops. Don't stay at even if you think it's a great package deal like we did. NOT worth it. You WILL regret it. Trust me. Unless your used to sleeping in a dumpster.
