It kind of ruins your vacation when the hotel manger comes to your room and choose you out because your young daughter reheated a grilled cheese in the micro wave and it bun. He came in the room and accused us of using cooking appliance in the room and when I stated it was there microwave, He became I rate and walked to the hall and continued to chastise me from the hall. I calmly tried to explain it was there microwave and what happened. He stated if I cook again we must leave. That will be no problem. I do not recommend this hotel . Poor customer service. This could be handled a lot better.

Opted to stay here for a night vs. another hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Only thing to ask is if your room is in the main building or the unattached Motel style building.

I have spent countless nights in the dells but this was my first vist to this hotel. This is a very clean place. Not only that all employees I spoke with we're great. I would highly recommend staying here. We skied at cascade and stayed here. The pool area was great, the breakfast was great!

We had 5 in a mini suite - very roomy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great - fresh fruit, eggs (scrambled, hard boiled, even deviled eggs one morning), everything you'd want with friendly, helpful staff and a very good price. Would for sure stay here again.
