Thank you for your comments. It is unfortunate that we can not always control all of the guests at our hotel. I am thankful that you did bring it to my staff's attention right away and they were able to remedy the situation. I am working with my newer staff with their responses to guests. You certainly deserved and apolgy. Although I can't control those guest behaviors I can apologize for them and the disturbance they caused. I know that we have you coming in again at a significant discount. We appreciate the opportunity to host you and your scrap booking group again.
The rooms to the east of the elevator are slightly larger than those to the west, as their rates and descriptions reflect that. The particular room you are getting this next visit is a "one of a kind". Originally this room was a hospitality room converted many many years ago to a sleeping room. I can see why you like it for your scrapbookers! Lots of space!

I appreciate your feedback about our hotel and services. It is with this direct feedback that we can continue to improve our hotel and the services offered.
We try very hard to recognize special events for our guests and I am sure that this was just an matter of newer staff, newer property computer system, and room selection. All of our whirlpool suites come with a complimentary bottle of wine, and we always have chocolate on hand for that extra sweet tooth. By your descriptions of the tub not draining, it sounds to me that you had a double queen room or a king room - not a whirlpool suite. All of our whirlpool suites have showers only, no tubs. (except for the large oversized jacuzzi tub in the room) Thank you for sharing the slow drain information with us so that it could be corrected immediately. Sometimes guests will leave our hotel and think "that's just the way it is there" when you know and have experienced in the past something different.
We hope that you will not allow this one incident to define us. We truly do take pride in making our guests feel right at home with us here in the Dells. With so many large properties to contend with it's the small yet important touches and exceptional customer service that make us stand out.
