It is a bit expensive for what you get. That said it was clean and right by an all night Dennys. The room was clean and the staff helpful and frienly. There were no major problems and I would go back.

We stay twice a year in Wisconsin Dells on the way to and from Rochester, MN. The Best Western is always a great place to stay both in season and out of season. The location is great, staff seems good, and rooms are always more than adequate. The supplied breakfast would be better if they had hot eggs and some type of meat but many hotels don't offer any more than this. The indoor pool is good sized and in the summer there is another outdoor pool. The free water Park passes actually offset most of the cost of the room. Chain restaurants are with walking distance, Denny's is onsite.

We recently visited the dells area and stayed at the Best Western with our whole family. It was our anniversary and I
wanted everything good. When I checked out after spending $800.00 in room charges, Debbie
just handed me the paper and never said thank you or thanks for visiting with us .Nothing was said. What has happened to politeness. I felt even when we checked in and watched people you are just a number take the money and Good Bye I have never been treated by the Comfort Inn Chain like that. We will not be coming back .Audrey Kamenick Edgar, WI

Room Tip: Watch the amount they charge. We didn't even have a microwave.

Best Western are starting to become my new favorite hotels it use to be Holiday Inn but there rates are to high and you get everything and more at Best Western. I am so glad the lady at the Chula Vista recommended this place we had a great time here. We had a great pool side room with a balcony for only $120 a night (which would of been double at the Chula Vista). My only complaint is they led me to believe it was right down the road...its not, its a bit of a drive luckily we had a gps and did not get lost. However the Best Western was located right near the downtown area so everything was within driving distance. The rooms were what I come to expect from Best Western plus comfortable beds, flat screen hdtvs, refrigerators, microwaves were all included in the room. Also across the street was Dennys but we stopped and ate at the continental breakfast which wasn't terrible and did the trick. All in all it was great little hotel and I'd definitely come back again.

Room Tip: Pool side room with a balcony view is definitely worth the extra $10-20!

This hotel is a very good value in a very busy vacation destination. Although this hotel is showing it's age it is clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast area was very busy in the mornings, but staff kept it stocked and people flowing through. Our toilet backed up and after several attempts to contact front desk, they did answer and after a second call sent someone to deal with the problem, and that was the only SMALL problem in an otherwise stress free stay. i would stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I just got back from our mini trip to the Dells. I found this hotel to be one of the more reasonably priced options in the area. We don't have kids, so staying at one of the water park resorts was too expensive and unnecessary. After driving around, though, and seeing the run-down, motel-like set up of the Mt. Olympus rooms (their cheapest standard room was also in our budget), I was very glad we made the decision to stay at Best Western. Our room was $115 a night. I would have been much happier and felt the price would have been more acceptable for the accommodations if it would have been under $100. The room was basic, acceptably clean, and functional. I did like the fact that our room had a balcony to hang wet bathing suits and towels to dry at night. The only small "issues" were that some of the bathroom floor tiles weren't glued down correctly and needed to be fixed and the toilet worked, but every time I flushed it, I was a bit worried. The shower head, though, completely made up for it. It had a strong water flow and made for a very pleasant shower. That was a big surprise. Around 3 in the morning, we heard people running along the hallway above us. It made us slightly concerned that there was a problem since it was in the middle of the night. Overall, though, if we traveled to the Dells, I would stay here again. The Hilton Garden Inn is the nicest non-resort hotel in the area, so check out that one first, but if not available or in your price bracket, come here.
Also, we did use the free Chula Vista passes. That was a nice bonus. However, I just read a review from a writer who got discounted Noah's Ark passes at the front desk but they do not announce that they give them. You need to ask. The was disappointing to hear. This should have been made known to all guests.
