I took my wife to TR for her birthday last week. Big mistake!
We were hoping to have a nice meal then maybe take in a movie. They seated us next to a group, that from the beginning was loud and obnoxious. When we asked for different seats they told us that we would have to sit in the lobby and wait because they were busy and the other open tables were taken.
So we opted to stay seated. The server got our drink order and about ten minutes later we got them. She took our order and we sat back and tried to enjoy the situation.
Our server must have been fairly new, because we got our appetizer at almost the same time as we got our salad, but before we could finish those items, our meals were presented to us. Talk about rushing.
The steaks were over cooked, potato looked like it survived WWII, and our server was too busy shaking her thing on the dance floor to notice me waving at her.
About ten minutes into the meal, another server appears with another order of steaks.
Yup, they young man who brought our food, brought us the wrong order the first time. Surprise, surprise, surprise!!
Quickly, I swapped our first order with our "real" order and my wife finally settled down to our real meal.
Back to our obnoxious neighbors, the aisle was partially blocked because TR has poor seating arrangements, so they placed a chair at the edge of the table for the seventh guest. Normally not an inconvenience, but 'Ole Tex', I say this because this Yooper hick kept tryin' ta talk all southern like, weighed over 350 lbs and took up most of the space necessary to move in the aisle. Going to the restroom was an exercise in "Extreme Yoga".
Overall, the management needs to place more emphasis on customer service and less emphasis on "Oh my God, for sure!", tight pants wearing teenagers.
Avoid when they are busy, not busy, closed, open, or the last place on Earth.
McDonald's next door sells Angus burgers, drinks are always cold, and they have great desserts.
