We thought we scored big by getting seated immediately on a Sunday night. Our party of four waited 15 minutes just to get our drink order in. The adults got their wine in about 5 minutes, another 5 later one ice tea was given to the wrong person. We had to ask for the remaining drink when she finally came back to take our food order 10 minutes later! We had to flag down our waitress to request more soup and salad---It never came. She promised more breadsticks, they never came. Dirty plates piled up and they were never removed until we asked the hostess to take them. Our waitress only had four tables and we hardly ever saw her. Someone else brought our food out. I asked another waitress to get some take out boxes and she boxed up our leftovers. We never saw our waitress again. After 90 minutes we got sick of waiting for more dirty dishes to be taken and our bill to be brought out so we just went up to the counter. We complained to the host who got the manager. She started to talk to us and said she would be right back but never returned. Our waitress finally brought up our bill with lots of excuses as to how busy she was. I simply told her my 17 year old daughter was a waitress and could run circles around her and would never treat her customers that way. Olive Garden supposedly hires experienced waitresses and trains them well. They certainly missed the mark with this one. On a side note, I really don't want to see some kid with a foot high fuzzy afro in the dining room or around food without a hair net on-Yuck! The food was good, but the overall experience left a very bad taste in our mouths. It will be some time before I try going here again.
