We had a two bedroom/two bath. Here are some of the things that we liked:

Size and layout of the rooms! Loved the spaciousness of the rooms and that the living room and bedrooms had sliding doors to the "porch".
Very nicely furnished & clean.
HUGE, deep whirlpool tub with enough hot water!
Fireplace (gas)!
The deck area was more like a porch because it was enclosed on 3-sides. Had large resin table with 6 chairs.
Both inside and outside heated pool.
Movies you can check out.
Lobby area has free coffee/hot chocolate.
Paddle boats/canoes to use.
Nice view! We were on first floor, still a nice view but I think maybe you can see the bay a little better from the upper floors.
Design of building ensured more privacy than some layouts.
Guest laundry!
Chairs outside to sit and look at the lake.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The only thing I wished was a little different would be the ability to have some shoreline to walk, however, this property is mixed in with residential so I believe the design is very good for the shoreline they have.

Door County is one of my favorite weekend getaways, and in the past we have stayed further up in to the county. This time I stumbled across Westwood shores while searching online.
SOOOO glad that I did.
We were there the last few days of the off season and managed to get a suite for $79 a night!! It was wonderful. Just off the bay and with amazing views.
Full use of grills, paddleboats, pools, movies, games.. you name it!
The rooms were great with a full kitchen and huge living area!
Can't wait to go back .. May just have to buy one of the units!

This is a great place to stay. You have your own kitchen and each unit has a covered porch. You are by the water and they also have an indoor AND outdoor pool so you can swim all year round. They keep it very clean and personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a nice size and each bedroom has its own bath in the 2 bedroom units. I won't stay anywhere else when I go to Door County.

We have just returned from celebrating our 34th Wedding Anniversary at Westwood Shores Waterfront Resort. What a beautiful setting on Lake Michigan. The sunsets were awesome and the resort is set up so that every room has an awesome view of the lake. The weather was pretty cool over Memorial weekend so we didn't use any of the amenities. The dishwasher broke while we were there and the resort compensated for our inconvenience. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Door County, Wisconsin.
