Chop is an intimate little restaurant with good steaks and wonderful service. My wife and I had the filet with the house butter spread and they did not disappoint. Our bacon wrapped scallop appetizer left a little to be desired-- the scallops didn't really taste fresh at all. The house red wine blend was deliciously, and the dessert didn't last on the plate long. $180 tab (with tip) seemed steep to me. All in all though, this was a very good dining experience.
