Myself and husband stayed at Kendal House for three nights whilst attending the BSB at Silverstone. We were warmly greeted by Ian and shown to our en-suite room. It was perfect full of character and just fit the bill for us. We didn't miss not having a TV in the room one bit after all when you are out and about and there is a comfortable TV lounge to sit in who needs a TV in your room. We were able to have an early breakfast at 7am, Paull choosing a full English which was delicious and for myself a bacon buttie on day one which had egg added the next day and sausage the next. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and Karyn they are perfect hosts, in fact I likened the stay to more like a weekend staying with friends than staying in a B&B. It was so relaxing and we both slept extremely well. The pub is just across the road and again you are made to fee veryl welcome and the food is excellent and reasonably priced.
Thank you Ian and Karyn and to your family for making our stay such a pleasure. Sharon and Paul Walker.

Rumour has it that both Winston Churchill and the Queen Mother have visited the property during the village's busier times. But these days our guests tend to choose us so that they can combine a visit to Silverstone racetrack with a relaxing stay in our peaceful village (only 10 minutes drive from the track). ... more less
