The Black Pig has somthing for everyone, and is a fun place to go! The menu is very family-friendly, and also includes items for a nice romantic dinner. We are never disappointed when we go there for dinner!

“Worth a repeat visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2013

It’s a relief to find a place in the heart of Wisconsin that serves more than brats and burgers. Most of the menu here is pork-centric but the chefs do apply some creativity to their offerings. The PAT sandwich (pancetta, arugula and tomato jam) was the winning order at our table. The “Crispy Pancetta” salad was a basic Caesar, topped with pancetta; simple but good. Pork-stuffed eggrolls were hot and tasty but heavy – they could have used an infusion of vegetables to lighten them up. The friendly, pubby atmosphere of the Black Pig is pleasant and unhurried. We’d sure come back here if we’re ever in the area again.

“The Black Pig Never Disappoints”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

The Black Pig is one of our favorite places to unwind with a bottle of good wine and great food. Go for anything on the menu that includes duck or pork. Our only complaint at our last visit was that the pork egg rolls were served with one cup of sweet and sour sauce which presented a dilemma about "second dips" since we were sharing them.

“Local food fans will love this”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

The black pig has some unique entrees using local food. I had the barbeque pork flatbread which was excellent and unlike any I ever had....pork, slaw and pineapple...not for the timid. My partner had a chef salad with beef.....The meat was as good as any steak from the grill. The menu was unique with many more items I would like to have tasted.
