A decent hotel with helpful staff but it fell short on several counts. Michelle, the manager was most accommodating and professional. But, when we checked in the front desk lady directed me to use the last entrance door as it was closest to the room. She knew my wife was disabled and used a wheel chair. That door had 3 steps up to a small landing area. We didn't risk going up those steps so I left my wife outside for the night. It was cold and snowed. Just kidding!!!! Used a different door.
Hotel is older but well maintained. Parking lot is adequate but in the summer and snowmobile season is probably cramped. But, we would stay here again.

This Days Inn is an older, yet fine property. Staff is very helpful and the restaurant / lounge is a definite plus.

For the price, probably a good value. Old, yes, but relatively clean, and the desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Actually has a lively bar/restaurant, along with a pool and exercise room. Just a block or 2 from all of the downtown night spots and the beautiful Courthouse Building.

Front staff employee was as helpful as she could be. We had numerous issues on our one night stay. We do not live far from the hotel, we were just taking a winter break so our kids could swim.
When we went to the pool, one of the electric lights was free of the wall and floating in the pool. It took about an hour to get someone to come fix it. This was about 7pm. At that time we also noticed the pool water was very cloudy.
The hotel closes the pool at 10pm to all guests so swimming time was cut way down. The water was also very cold.
The next morning we went back down to the pool to let our kids get sometime before checkout. We got to the pool about 8:25 am and the maintenance person was working at the pool. He was adding chemicals and said the pool would not be ready until noon, at the earliest. This would be after check out.
When we 1st got to the room it was cold, as could be expected. I turned the thermostat up and we headed to the pool. When we came back the room was very warm, but the heater was not running. The rest of the night we would go from very hot, sweating if under covers, to teeth chattering cold. I never moved the thermostat. When the heater was running it was very loud.
When we asked about breakfast,
The restaurant and bar also closed very early. Since no discount was given for breakfast, we decided to eat elsewhere. Internet cut out at night because "over number of users for server.
I spoke to the morning front desk woman, who was very pleasant.
I told her of all the issues, She apologized and took my info and said I would be contacted. That was over 2 weeks ago and so far nothing. I have made calls to wyndam and Days inn. Same.
The hotel is old and in need of many updates. There are many other hotels in the area and we will go to those next time.

This hotel recently changed its brand. It really could use a major facelift. The public areas in particular show age and wear. The rooms were below average. The bath was extremely cramped, very little usable counter space. Comfort of the beds and linens saved the stay for us.
