Thank you for taking time to write a review regarding your stay with us. I apologize that you had an issue with the noise from the lobby. Thank you for bring this to our attention, and in the future when we have groups gathering in the lobby we will be sure to close the upper doors to keep the noise from disturbing guests in the suites. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the passes to Chula Vista. We look forward to having you stay with us when you are in the area again!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your stay with us. We are happy to hear that you had a pleasant stay. Yes, out hot tub is on the small side as it has a maximum capacity of 5 people. I'm sorry to hear that the heater in your room did not allow you to get a refreshing night of sleep. The heaters in the rooms do turn on and off, the frequency of which has to do with the temperature setting that you have it on, however our Maintenance Dept has been made aware of the issue that you had with your heater. Thank you for making us aware of this issue. We look forward to having you as our guest the next time you are in the area!
