This was our first time here. We went on a Saturday night for dinner, and were pleased that we didn't have to wait for a table. Some people drive their boats up and dock there, but we just drove there to eat. There is a bar to one side, and the dining room to the other. It was very casual.
The staff is friendly and the waitress was nice, and willing to go ask the cook about ingredients to accommodate my gluten allergy. I couldn't have many of the menu items as they are all fried in the same deep fryer. I decided on just a grilled chicken breast, and baked potato. My meal was just OK. They do have a fish fry on Friday nights, that many people have said is good.
My family was with and each got burgers, which were HUGE, and came with a pickle spear. Everyone said they were good. Cooked just right, soft bun. They also shared a basket of fries which were OK and cheese curds, which everyone enjoyed. They don't have a kids menu. The menu offered appetizers, sandwiches, soup, burgers, salads, and a few dinner meals, such as ribs, steak or shrimp, etc... I personally thought it was a little pricey, but you did get a lot of food for your money.
We had a view of the lake, which was nice, but the lighting is rather dim in the restaurant.
