Stopped in at the New Berlin Charcoal Grill & Rotisserie with relatives who recommended it. I had a burger, and I have to admit I was surprised at how good it was. The meat was perfectly cooked and I could really taste the difference that the charcoal grilling made. However, I will say that for an "inferno burger", it wasn't very spicy to me. The ribs and rotisserie chicken I sampled were also good- the ribs were flavorful and the chicken breast was still moist.
In addition to the burgers and other meat entrees, the menu also had a ton of other options, such as salads, pizzas, and pastas. Nothing bad to say about the service, either. The atmosphere is pretty normal for a "bar and grill" style restaurant- I'd say it's at the same level of casual as a TGI Friday's or Red Robin (although not decorated in either of those styles) and comparable as far as price. I would definitely consider this a restaurant option if I was in the area again.
