This past weekend the women of our church had an overnight retreat. From the beginning of our planning to the end of the event, the staff at the Best Western was at our beck and call. We had a couple glitches, but every one of them was smoothed over by the staff. Half of us stayed overnight and found the rooms comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast was hot and included a variety of dishes. We also had a lunch, and the service and the food were excellent. The meeting room was just the right size, and its setup was tasteful. Yes, they are renovating, but that just means the next time we go for a retreat it will be even better!

At this time, Nov. 2012, they are in the process of exterior renovation. When completed, this motel will get a 99% rating from me. Why 99...no one or nothing is perfect...BUT this motel and our experience was outstanding. The employees are extremely accommodating and personable. The motel is exquisitely designed at an affordable price and very clean. The food is delicious and the beds extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast is diversified...so many options to choose from. Close to airport, free vehicle parking, shuttle service available round trip and timely. I cannot say enough about this beautiful motel and the beautiful people who work there.

My wife & I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and experienced outstanding quality & service. All staff members (from the shuttle driver, front desk, waitresses & housekeeping) are helpful -- with a smile on their faces.
The Breakfasts are excellent, with a staff member present to make sure your needs are taken care of.
The Lounge -- Aviators -- had a great atmosphere, is perfect for the sports fan, and the food is "quality"!

By driving to Milwaukee the day before, you can sleep well, leave your car in good care, and get an early morning shuttle to the airport. Thanks to Rico we were greeted as we came in the night before our flight to New York and greeted again when we flew home. The rooms were ample and the beds were comfortable. And the parking was free - a great service! The location is very close to the airport and also close to a variety of restaurants for your dining pleasure.
