“Great place to eat and get a drink”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2012

We stopped for a late meal and drinks with friends and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and friendly service. After asking a few questions I found out they have two very large banquette rooms for weddings and large gatherings. There is a lot of competition in the area but for the price, quality and accessibility we will definately come back.

“Great casual bar-restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2012

Very good place. Stopped in for drinks and bar food with friends and was pleasantly surprised. Good wings, pizza & other casual food; nice beer selections. Clean, welcoming environment with friendly service is suitable for drinks & bar food with friends or sit-down dinner with family. A hidden gem - definitely worth stopping back in.

“Love the soup/fun bar”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2012

The soup there was homemade, I was very good. The bar was connected to the Days Inn and I didn't have to walk out in the cold to get there

“wow what a good place, a real hidden gem !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2011

Not a drive by place for dinner. The food portions were very good and service was very good also. Prices were very resonable and with no researvations we were able to be seated quickly. Would go here again any day verses a chain.

“Don't waste your money on a dessert”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2010

We stopped for an after theater treat and were sorry we picked Bluemound Gardens. Three in our party ordered grasshoppers. Altho the restaurant was almost empty, it took almost 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. I ordered a strawberry shortcake, which, according to the menu, was a homemade shortcake covered with strawberries and whipped cream. I specifically questioned the server about the cream as I don't like that airy fluff from a can. I was told it was real cream - a butter cream - and delicious. I took her word for it. What came was an aged piece of 3-layer cake with two strawberry slices as the filling, and covered with an icing that tasted like crisco mixed with powdered sugar. (Yes, it was THAT bad.) I sent it back and asked for the german chocolate cake. It also was old, dried out, and tasted like it had been uncovered in a refrigerator for too long a time. One bite was enough. Would I recommend this place? Very carefully.
