“NOT TO BE MISSED”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2010

If you are at all interested in famous families, awesome estates, or opulence of a by gone era don't miss it. The old mansion is full of surprises of beauty and restoration. The staff are extremely friendly and well versed in their history. If you go don't miss Captain Pabst study.

“Great tour!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2010

We had the good fortune to have the tour led by the Mansion's curator. The interior is really impressive, and as with most tours, it's the tour guide who can make or break your experience. We learned a lot, not only about the Pabst family but also about Milwaukee around the turn of the century. Well worth a visit! Don't forget - it's Flemish Renaissance Revival! There will be a test.

“Nice house, interesting story”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2010

For people who like 1890's antiques it was very interesting. The house was very pretty, with an interesting story to go with it.

“A Must See”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2010

We especially enjoyed the tour at the Pabst Mansion. The history of the family and the detail of the mansion was so interesting. You could tell our tour guide loved what she did. She was so knowledgeable and spoke to us as if she had lived there during the time the Pabst Family lived in the mansion. This is a must see if you enjoy detail, architecture, and art.

“Beautiful Historic House”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2009

Our tour guide had been giving tours of this historic house for 28 years so was able to go into detail about the restoration process. So very interesting to learn about the history of the family behind Pabst beer.
