Nice hotel and the shuttle driver did everything he could, but the "shuttle" is a 14-passenger van. At the end of the game there were about 100 people waiting for the shuttle and there is no reservation system so getting on the van is a free-for-all. Sad to say, the first trip was filled by the young and pushy even though there were handicapped individuals and families with small children waiting. Because there is only one van and it needed to fight gameday traffic over and back, at least 2/3 of the people who wanted to get on it gave up and took a cab (or arranged alternative transportation) rather than wait and fight their way on. Still I'm giving the hotel a 4-star review because the room was nice and the staff friendly, but if you're booking it for the shuttle, you're making a mistake.
