“I love the Bonobos.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

It's very rare that you find a zoo with bonobos, but they are amazing to watch. So similar to humans in their walking and sitting and behaviors. And the layout of the zoo is amazing and has such a wide variety of animals. Definitely go if you get the chance.

“Family Outing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

There were plenty of exhibits and the animals were well kept. There was also plenty of seating, which was nice with all the walking we did. It is huge.

“One of THE best zoos in the country!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

Fantastic zoo!!! Wide variety of animals - really interesting informational presentation and shows. I've visited zoos all over the country and this zoo is one of the best! Also a cute train touring the grounds to take kids on and more. A must-do when in Milwaukee! Trust me!

“Well worth a membership”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

We live about two hours away from the zoo, yet find a yearly membership to be a value for us. The zoo has great activities all year 'round and is always clean and fun for our family. During the spring, there are different tress and flowers blooming almost every weekend. During the summer, the wide walkways (streets) have plenty of shady trees and hills to keep things interesting. In late summer, they have a festival with area restaurants selling samples of their menus with entertainment/ bands throughout the zoo. In the winter, the pathways are cleared of snow and you get to see the animals in their indoor homes.
Beautiful way to spend the day any time of year.
