Recently stayed here for a 5 day business trip. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice clean room. Had a king size bed with sofa and desk, arranged nicely. Nice lobby and restaurant (breakfast only). Nice desk personnel. Nice pool and hot tub, but fitness room is next to these and very hot/humid --- too much so for a workout. The lobby adjoins a mall --- which is very nice (includes The Boston Store --- like Carson, Pirie, Scott --- TJ Maxx, Linens N Things, and various small stores). But it closes down at 7:00 PM sharp -- however the doors to the mall are kept unlocked past this for you to access an adjoining Applebees Restaurant & Borders bookstore later at night. I felt very safe here, even as a woman traveling alone. I didn't have to set foot outside because I could walk to my seminar at UWM indoors using the enclosed walkways. Would recommend.
