“Low price, location the only reasons to stay here.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

When I book a room at a national hotel chain, I expect the sleep quality to be amazing. Sadly not the case here. Echoing an earlier review, my king-sized bed was surprisingly uncomfortable. I'm not familiar with the Sleep Number beds, but it took a while for me to find a number that didn't make the bed feel rock hard.

Otherwise, room was very nice and clean, the location is perfect if you're hanging around in the Glendale/Mequon/Brown Deer area (for me, visiting relatives) and it's very convenient to the highway.

I was in room 156 - too close to a side door for my taste, a bit noisy during the evening. The next time, I'll request a more central room away from the side entrances. Again, the price (under $60/night on Kayak) is the only thing that will make me come back.

“An okay place to stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2012

Check in was super fast! All staff I came in contact with were very friendly. The room was not horribly dirty, but there was still hair on the bathroom floor. The sleep number bed control was broken but maintenance fixed it right away. The bed was kind of uncomfortable. The hotel bar was fun. Overall this is an okay place to stay.

“People are right, POOR excuse of a hotel”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

This hotel is not new, it is ancient and it shows. The only thing Radisson about this hotel is it's name, that's it. It is NOT owned by Radisson. It DOES NOT follow any Radisson standards. It is privately held by some guy named Rachett who loves to cut corners on fixing the place up. How Carlson does not know about this is beyond me and they need to start looking at this site on us customers and what's really going on. Management keeps replying to people on this site and saying they are currently finishing up rooms and what not, well how long does that take? If you look they've been saying that for months. The truth is they AREN'T doing anything about this except taking your money and running with it. The proof is all in the reviews here. Management is only concerned with their paychecks, not the hotel or you or me. Bathrooms covered in mold, broken heating/air conditioning systems which were suppose to be apparently fixed as noted by management to someone else on this site. Still can't control your own temperature in your room. There was a prostitution bust on this place that made the news so no wonder this place is in rough condition. Radisson, take back your name, and hurry!

Room Tip: Don't stay here at all, that's my tip.

“The second worst hotel ever stayed at.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2012

The first room we were in the toilet did not work and could not be repaired. The second room they moved us to was never and I mean never cleaned or visited by house cleaning. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels, coffee etc from the front desk. It was our family reunion as noted by Smantha. We paid good money and got very little. The only good thing about this hotel was the pool which we did not have time to use and the Restaraunt (privetly run) which had good food at a reasonalble price. Conclusion.. go to any other hotel.

Room Tip: Just do not book this hotel. You will not be happy......

“Nice Hotel but they have to maintain it.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2012

This is a relatively new hotel. They just seem to have cut the staff too much and not the price. When I walked in there was a glass of wine on the night table. They offered me a comp drink. Well the room cleaning was lacking. The toilet did not get cleaned until the third day. I had to call and ask for clean towels and get the garbage dumped out. The A/C filter looked like it was 3 months overdue for a change. The Staff (little that was there) was nice. They did keep the common areas clean. The ice machine near my room was out the three days I stayed. The caulking around the tub was cracked. Again signs of neglect.

Room Tip: Inspect the room if you must stay.
