My boyfriend and I stood at the InterContinental for a getaway weekend and we were positively surprised. We got a great deal with $120 per night- it still seems a little pricey but it is well worth it. The hotel has a lot to offer. Make sure you try their restaurant Kilowat on Floor2! Everything is modern and artsy and definitely gave us the wow effect. The room was tidy and clean and the receptionist was very helpful. Some of the restaurant's servers could be more professional, but besides we would stay at this hotel any time again!

In December my wife and I stayed here. The staff was all smiles and very courteous. The room was modern, bed was like a cloud & great shower with hot hot water. We had a nice view overlooking a small downtown ice rink. I took her to see "A Christmas Carol" at the Pabst theatre which just so happens to be connected to the hotel so there was no need to get all bundled up for the winter weather. We lounged in the bar, had a few drinks and on Tuesdays they offer bocce ball right in the lobby. Fun. Amazing show and great hotel. Had dinner at a great downtown neighborhood place called Swingin' Door Exchange. Food was great and the service was warm.
Also, convenient underground heated parking.

The customer service was truly memorable. We spent the night at the hotel for my son's wedding and our every need was met! The service from the front desk and concierge was remarkable (especially Mitchell, Josh & Daniel) they unloaded our car and brought everything to our room and unloaded for us. And did the same when we checked out! The wedding reception location (Grand Saloon) was beautiful and they took care of all the needs of the bride and groom. The lobby bar was very fun. The bartenders Rob, Ashley & Andrew were friendly. Thank you for taking care of us along with all of our out of town guests.

My wife and I recently stayed at the InteContinental and were immediately impressed as we walked into the gorgeous, upscale main lobby. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were extremely accommodating. Our room was magnificent and clean. We had an amazing view of the city. We truly enjoyed eating at the Kilowatt restaurant and sipping on cocktails at the Clear Lounge. The atmospheres in these places were better than most Manhattan restaurants and lounges. The doormen were also very nice and helpful, offering assistance and directions whenever my wife and I ventured into town. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and were blown away by the party that the hotel and staff threw. Ice sculptures, a live band, DJ, and incredible drink specials were just a few of the many awesome amenities the hotel offered on that special night. They went out of their way to make our New Year's Eve magical. THANK YOU! I strongly recommend staying at this hotel anytime you’re in Milwaukee! We can't wait to go back!
