One plus right off the bat...free parking!

I spent two nights here while attending a wedding at the Harley Museum which is very close by.
Reservation was handled nicely, front desk people were very nice, polite and accommodating. The lobby was clean and attractive, the bar and restaurant were very good, only had breakfast but the servers and food were great. The room is nice, clean and fairly up to date, everything worked properly, the in room coffee was also good. They have a nice fitness room and all the equipment functioned. The housekeeping staff was nice and did a good job.

Overall this was a nice stay, the only thing we didn't like was the bed , it was too soft and should be replaced. Maybe it was only our room, I don't know.

Room Tip: Maybe facing the front entrance would be a better view.

Air conditioning was broken. I had five rooms under my reservation and they could only bring up one fan for 1 room. I called to complain 3 times after we left and the manager never called back. Poor management and awful customer service. Do not stay here. We planned to come back for Summer Fest and also stay here thank god we cancelled it!

Stayed at the hotel to attend a seminar. Worst experience I have EVER had. I stay in hotels a few times a month and this by far is the worst hotel to date for me. My first room was 78 degrees in May and I was told the air was not on in the building. So I moved to another room on the other side of the building so I could open the window and add fans. That meant no sleep because of the street noice. My shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it and the paint/wallpaper was peeling. The seminar room was HOT! - 8 hours with 4 fans running in a room with no windows. Then to top the day off the glasses put on our table had crusted food on them. I can not believe this facility is still open. God awful. I wont stay at this Ramada again and with think twice about staying at any Ramada. Such a shame.

Once more I apologize for the lack of AC. The sudden switch from cold to hot was unfortunate. It takes several days to convert to AC. However, there is no excuse for any uncleanliness. When we hear comments in this regard, we are determined to correct our operations and make immediate improvements. Thank you for the comments.
