“O What A Wonderful Morning!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2014

We had brunch at FirstWatch Cafe for the first time and we will be going back. The menu was exciting just to read, as it offered so many delicious sounding items. Everything on the menu was typical of what most breakfast cafe's offered but was the healthy and fresh versions. We couldn't decide so all four of us ordered different items just to compare. The wait was 10 minutes and the waitstaff couldn't have been more helpful going out of their way to get extra cream and more coffee. We were not disappointed, everything was beautifully presented and tasted just as good, with so many healthy options, the small bottles of warm REAL maple syrup was such a nice touch and the variety of healthy pancakes was a surprise. This was a busy Sunday morning and we did not wait long, we will be going back soon!

“Not So Traditional”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2014

Not the typical ho-hum breakfast menu one would expect, but an interesting collection of ingredients in omelets, breakfast wraps, waffles and pancakes. A fairly complete "healthy" section on the menu as well. Overall, food is quite good. Been here many times so have seen some variability both in service and cleanliness. Diminished service seems to related to staffing levels during the peak hours - generally we have excellent service because we try to avoid the peak hours. The cleanliness is a challenge given the sheer volume of customers; I can understand some debris under a table serving a family with five young kids, but no excuse for food residue on plates, forks, and glassware - though this issue has improved significantly still not quite on mark.

“fantastic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

We stayed at the Chalet Motel and the front desk referred us to this restaurant. We ordered ahead to take our food to go, and thank goodness we did. The restaurant was extremely busy. That's a great sign, it means everyone knows that's good food !!! And sure enough, it was delicious ! The staff was extremely friendly.

“customer service ???”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2014

The manager was never where he should be greeting customers or taking money. When we ran out of coffee I tried to ask him for a new pot and he totally ignored us. The waiters and waitresss were working hard and did deliver good food. Then the manager sat at a table and ate. So I am not really sure what his job is but he needs to learn customer service. I will only go to the First Watch restaurant in Brookfield from now on they are fabulous.
