We made reservations for 10 on a Sunday evening. The table was ready for us when we got there five minutes early. Soup of the day was an excellent creamed cauliflower. Bread came in little loaves and is baked at the restaurant. I had the salmon special with crusted sweet pesto topping, and another in the party had the pork loin special with a fruit topping. Others had the Cider Roasted Chicken, Walleye Pike and Bourbon Smoked Pork Loin. The food was outstanding and the service prompt and friendly. The waitress was able to keep track of whose order was on what ticket -- not an easy task since no one on the same ticket was sitting together. One couple was celebrating their wedding anniversary (although that wasn't the reason we were there, it just happened to be on that day). They got a free bread pudding, and the waitress brought a huge plateful with forks for everyone, so the plate made it around the table a few times. Overall, one of the best dining experiences ever!
