I always depend on Trip Advisor to plan hotel stays. This is the first time I have found the reviews completely off base. Not sure what exactly the problem is with this hotel. It is currently transitioning from a Best Western to a Quality Inn. There were almost no other guests which was kind of spooky. The towels in the bathroom were not only threadbare, but one was raveled on all sides and looked like the towels in my rag bin. The water supply had been deemed unsafe for consumption by infants due to unsafe levels of nitrates in the water, but there was no bottled water available. The hinge on our door did not work properly and there were stains on the linens. The headboard and area behind it were filthy. Breakfast was very limited. The first jelly packet my husband opened had dried up. Very disappointed in this hotel and couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

Stayed at this hotel The week after Christmas. Very convenient to the Dells and Cascade Mountain. Went to both had a blast.Did the wine tour near Lodi great time. This hotel has a very warm lobby setting and a very friendly staff. Jimi Jamie and Alisha what great people. Very friendly always saying hello. Alisha even thanked me for being a good guest.Brekfast in the AM was ok. Large groups in the hotel this week but the hotel did a great job in welcoming everyone in a warm way. I would stay in Lodi again at this hotel. I would like to let the Owner Mike know he has a great staff at this hotel and it has to be one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. Stayed there during a trip to Madison, WI. Location is convenient to the East side of town. Relatlively new property and it was in good shape, and everything worked OK. Nice big bathrooms with plenty of room. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There was not much of a selection or variety of items available compared to other motel chains that we have stayed at. However it was adequate.

We stayed with our two dogs for a couple of nights during our Labor Day road trip and found the hotel comfortable and clean. The value is great with reasonable rates compared to those properties closer to the Dells area. The location is just of the interstate so it is a few miles from the interesting little town of Lodi and is just a short drive from many of the area’s attractions, State Parks and restaurants.

The room was clean and well appointed with the only negative being the noisy bathroom exhaust fan and the fact that the water contains a high level of nitrates. There is an actual health warning card on the vanity! The rooms air conditioning actually worked great and has a control on the wall. The property is newer and has nice lawn areas, decent parking and easy access to the rooms from various secure entries.

The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired. The area was dirty, tables were not cleaned, items were not replenished with any frequency.
