My boyfriend and I stayed at Maria's this past fall. Neither of us have ever been to a bed and breakfast so this was a real treat. We decided to stay here because the prices were reasonable. From start to finish, Maria and Edwin were very hospitable and friendly. When we arrived, we found out that we were the only guests so we were "upgraded" to the larger suite that had the Jacuzzi tub. It was nice being the only ones there because we didn't have to share a bathroom or worry about bumping into someone late at night. Our suite was very quaint. The part I liked the best was the vines that grew around the windows. The leaves had just started changing and they looked so pretty as you looked out the window.
When we arrived Maria asked us what type of breakfast we would like in the morning. She ended up making us stuffed French toast (apricot) with muffins, sausage and fresh fruit and juice. Everything was really good. During breakfast, they both sat with us and offered suggestions on where to go for the day.
At the time there was a for sale sign on the lawn. It looks like the website is still active so I am unsure if they actually sold the property.
