We were staying at the Glacier Canyon property for an off-season conference, and decided to stick close by for dinner one night of our event. Monk's came highly recommended by employees at Glacier Canyon so we gave it a try.
Burgers were good - among our group we tried the German burger and the Bradley Burger. They burgers were cooked as we ordered them, and had nice portions of the added ingredients that made the burger a specialty burger. Among the three of us, we also upgraded from the traditional fries to Monkey Fries, a salad and cheese curds. All were great.
A favorite was the deep fried pickles we ordered as an appetizer. They had just the right amount of breading and crunch, and the dipping sauce was excellent.
The Flying Monkey is a specialty drink recommended by the waiter, and I enjoyed it as well.
We were seated in a back corner, and I think the waiter sometimes forgot we were there (booth backs are high so it would be difficult to see people seated in that booth if you aren't standing at the table). It was a pleasant dinner in a town packed with restaurants aimed at young kids from the summer tourist season.
