Veer and Kumar did a great job answering our questions and explaining how a few different dishes were prepared.
My GF and I tried the tomato soup, buttered nan, a korma, a curry, and the chef happily prepared an off-menu Indian spinich dish called palak pakora. The condiments struck the correct balance of sweet, hot, salty, and acid.
For dessert, they were out of the mango ice cream so we tried the pistachio ice cream and mango cake. Yum!
Everything was delicious! If we lived in LaX, instead of St Paul, we'd eat here weekly!
