Let's start by saying that I didn't choose this place, but it was chosen for me as a chaperone for a conference that I attended with a group of 36 people. Prior to going I had read reviews as I always do, and was shocked at the choice made for us. I packed extra rubber gloves, Clorox wipes, and febreeze and was prepared to use all of them. Check in was smooth, and explained breakfast and gave us a wifi password. Upon entering the elevator, it was determined that we would be using the stairs for the remainder of the stay. The smell in the elevator was a cross between stale beer/body odor/mold and butt. Upon entering the room, it appeared if the carpet has not been vacuumed in years. There were peanuts under the counters and under the bed. I promptly started cleaning with my wipes. The counters had dried on food (at least that is what I'm hoping it was), the coffee maker had a thick layer of dust in and on it (even after cleaning it I never drank out of it), the bathroom floor had dirt on it, and grossest of all the shower had pubic hair in it. Others in our group had bugs in their bed, and equally dirty rooms. The wifi password never worked on our ipod, ipad or iphone. The front desk said it only works on rooms close to the front desk or in the lobby. Several rooms had to change out their keys because they continuously became deactivated. Mine being one of them (and I never had mine near a credit card).
To be fair, it appears they have updated their TV's since the TV is a flat screen. The breakfast is complimentary, and although basic (hence complimentary) did the job. Their were 4 choices of cereal, bread, english muffins, muffins, danish, donuts, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. The lady that was the breakfast host during the 2 nights we were there was always friendly and made sure the food was refreshed and tables were clean.
