“We love the Rivoli!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

I took our grandchildren to see "Brave" at the Rivoli. They loved the old theater look and the tables and chairs. We ordered pizza and had a great time in a great old theater.

“OK pizza; hard to eat in the dark”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

Love the concept of going to a theater and ordering pizza. Have only done it once, so can't comment on the consistency of quality, but we ordered the Mediterranean pizza. It arrived pretty late into the movie, piping hot and loaded with toppings, but since you're eating in a dark theatre, it's hard to avoid 1) burning your mouth) and 2) dropping the copious toppings on your lap. It tasted okay, but it wasn't memorable and, for the setting, was packed too full of toppings to easily eat.

“Great Deal, Great Movie Theater!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2012

The actual theater inside is really nice! Plenty of seating. They play movies that are new, but not in the theater anymore. There's pizza, beer, ice cream, pretzels, candy, etc. to order. The ice cream is delish! I haven't tried the other food but heard it was good. The best part is the price! I don't remember the exact amounts, but I think I paid $4.00 last time a saw a movie there.

“Something different.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2012

Second run movies at a great price. Food is better than some restaurants in the area, but have eaten here several times and can take an hour to get your food. Order as soon as you get in! Place is NEVER clean so if you can't handle that go elsewhere.

“Cheap and fun night out!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2012

The Rivoli is a great place for a unique, fun night out. Movie tickets for adults are $4.50 at night and $2.50 for matinees, which is an awesome deal compared to around $8.50 at the other theaters. The movies are older, of course, so they get to the Rivoli a few weeks to months after the regular theaters. The pizza is excellent! They have little tables inside the theater for food, and the staff brings your order right out to you during the movie. They also serve wine and beer, along with the usual soda drinks. They serve other food items including tacos, pretzels with cheese, and of course, popcorn and candy. If you are planning to go, I recommend going to a movie in the main theater rather than the screening room. The screening room is tiny and uncomfortable, but worth it if you really want to see the movie playing there. The main theater is much larger and it has the tables I was talking about. It is dark and the floor is sticky, but hey-it is a great deal and a cool place, so I don't worry too much about it.
