“By the Bay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

The view of the harbor is very tranquil and relaxing. Perch is very good as is the tenderloin. The deck in the summer adds a nice touch, and a warm breeze doesn't hurt. The location is easy to find - hwy 42 downtown Kewaunee. The place is also available for private parties.

“Great food, great view!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

This restuarant is a favorite of ours. The food is consistently good, view is always great, Kewaunee harbor whether winter or summer is beautiful, and a large covered deck makes outside dining in summer the best view in town for eating. Wraps, burgers, french dips, egg rolls, wings all very goodl. Seafood alfredo, perch, walleye, steaks, soups, so much more all terrific. Salads with your meal are huge so be prepared to share it or take some entree home. Nice sitting at bar, booth or table inside in winter, but if weather is good sit on the deck and enjoy the view!

“Rude, indifferent service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012

The staff, in particular the owners wife, are the rudest people I have ever come across in a service position. Beware even asking for a substitution with your order. I love the view, especially dining on the outdoor deck overlooking the harbor. I've dined here three times, and the staff has been rude and the food mediocre on each visit.

“Great Views, Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2012

Stopped on our way to Door County for lunch. The location drew us in. Right on the harbor, with plenty of windows and a supper club kind of feel. It was Friday, so I took advantage of the walleye (10.95). Generous, breaded, deep-fried fillet with potato salad, cole slaw and rye bread. It was very good. My wife had a mushroom cheeseburger, and it was also good. Worth a stop if you're driving through.
