We have been making hour trips to eat here for years. The resturant is located at a busy highway intersection in Johnson Creek adjacent to an outlet mall and gas station, and draws many truckers, but also many folks like us who just want a good 'home cookin' meal.....of large proportions. The breads and pastries are made there-again huge proportions-and the warm, fresh dinner roles fill up a plate by themselves...so yummy. They offer varied daily specials, and the breakfasts are great. The pancakes are moist and have a good flavor. The french toast is home made cinnamon bread. This restaurant offers a more formal dining area on one side, and a cafe with booths and counter space on the other side. The cashier counter is next to an unbelievable display of pastries....cookies as big a dinner plates, and cream puffs large enough to serve a family! Soooo....even after over- eating for the meal, it's hard to resist not bagging up goodies to go. If you stop here be sure you are hungry.
