Gilly's and the University of Wisconsin collaborated creating a burger with great taste, pleasing texture and an amazing flavor. I tried a quarter pounder with cheese and everything on it. My wife ordered a quarter pounder with only raw onions. We both agreed that the burgers were cooked to perfection. The staff explained that the meat was fresh ,never frozen and hand formed. I have returned three times and food was excellent every time. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
