We stayed one night in a cabin suite. We were able to check in early (2 pm) and use the water park early. The water park had plenty of life guards and is great for ages 2-10 ish.
Unfortunately, our room was unsatisfactory. We stayed in a cabin suite. It had a separate bunk bed area for the kids. It was pretty cute--it's a big closet with bunk beds and a desk/tv. Fine for preschoolers. There is a railing on the top bunk and non-skid tape on the ladder, which is awesome. Be aware that there is no door and the entry is directly across for the sink. So get ready for bed before you put your kids to bed, otherwise you're turning on a light two feet from their heads (and again, no door.)
The main problem with the room was that it was dirty. When we checked in there was an empty Pepsi bottle and candy wrappers on the floor next to the bed. The tub had weird crumbs/dirt something in it. If these obvious things are overlooked, it makes you wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned. This is compounded by ratty blankets and yellowed, dingy bed sheets. The elastic on the mattress sheets of the bunk beds was shot, so it wouldn't stay covering the mattress. So, it just felt kind of gross.
Additionally, some games my five year old tried to play at the arcade were broken (unmarked.) When I told the staff, she just turned away from me and said nothing. It would have been nice for her to reimburse my five year old.
I did write this info on the comment card and I also told the front desk associate about these issues.
So...the kids had fun, parents not so much.

I am sorry to hear that your lodging room was unsatisfactory. We fell short of our usual high cleanliness standards, and we apologize for your less than perfect stay. I am also disheartened by the lack of customer service you received in the arcade. We pride ourselves on our superior customer service and we did not provide that to you. I would like to discuss these issues with you further. Please call me at your earliest convenience at the main hotel number.
