If you're looking for more than three main types of breakfast wrap (with customization allowed), or a breakfast bread of the day you'll need to go elsewhere. Lots of folks are happy with the menu, as evidenced by the long (LOOONG) line waiting to order on most days.
Coffee (the best brewed cup in Ephraim) is self-serve. Other drinks provided by the cook staff. Order your wrap at the grill (and watch it slow-cook). They get 8 wraps on the grill, and the fastest we've ever gotten from "order" to "delivery" was 10 minutes - we were at the front of the grill. Our slowest was around 30 minutes. None of that includes time in line waiting to get to the grill. All that being said, it's worth the wait.
Dining is stand-up or sit-down at paddleboard picnic tables or other outdoor seating. There is one small table inside, but I don't believe anyone has ever actually eaten at it.
It's not fast, it's not fancy, but it's good. We just can't do it more than three days in a row.
