we unexpectedly ate at Lola's on the first night of their new menu. hands down our favorite dish was the squash ravioli in brown butter truffle sauce. the sauce is off the proverbial chain. i spent several minutes interrogating our server about its contents. my wife had the pappardelle with shrimp and scallops. the scallops were perfectly seared and the pasta tasted homemade. this place is among the best resort restaurants at which I've ever dined.
