Last year we ate at Parador and went back again this year. The tapas are not as authentic as some we have eaten in Chicago but certainly acceptable. We had bacon wrapped dates, goat cheese and a charcuterie platter. The sangria is very good. The bill can add up if you tend to order a lot. We were not particularly hungry that night so it was fine. We asked for more garlic bread for the goat cheese and the waiter told us he would have to charge us for it. That is not acceptable. Otherwise, a pleasant place to go to after the Egg Harbor outdoor concert.
