I took my nephew here thinking it would be fun to have pizza and play arcade games. We were shocked to find out that we could not wash our hands with soap--not that they were out of soap, there is just no soap or hand sanitizer provided-- and that the men's room had no doors on the stall, while the ladies' room has a "saloon" style door situated so high that one is totally exposed when sitting or hovering. Do the employees have separate bathrooms where soap is provided before they prepare food?? Let's hope so. Also, as other reviewers noted, the older couple who run it have the "pizza nazi" sign, which sums up their customer service. They have so many threatening signs around the place (No Loitering! Not a public bathroom! No arcade games without purchase! etc) that my nephew was confused about if he could even use the bathroom. When he asked the old guy, the old guy mocked him and made sarcastic comments to the kid. That was just the first 5 minutes. We paid $25 for a 12 inch pizza and a half pitcher (about 2 plastic cups worth) of root beer. We ate about half and asked for a to go container, a styrofoam box with the basic tab closure. We stepped away from the table and played 3 video games. When we came back, the leftovers box was gone and the table was clean. I thought our leftovers were probably at the counter, but not so. The old guy went back and yelled at the bus boy what he'd done with the "trash" from our table. I was convinced they were digging our pizza out of the trash, which is exactly what the guy admitted to when he brought out what may have been my box a minute later. I was outraged and asked if they expected me to feed my kid food from the trash. Both the man and the woman belittled, berated, and tried to intimidate me in front of all their customers. They said the box was "sealed" (yeah, with a little tab, it's not tupperware people) and that "the only other things in the trash were paper". That's, comforting, right? They yelled at me so much at other customers came up to ask what was wrong and to sympathize. Only when I said I would report them to the Better Business Bureau did the old guy decide to give me a $12.50 refund. 15 minutes later, he came out with one of their smaller pizzas instead. The woman continued to berate me in between taking orders, at one time leaning over the counter and saying nastily, "This is all YOUR fault." It's obvious that they hate customers and hate their business and do not know that they can be reviewed online. The other reviewers are right in their comments regarding the dilpidated brown carpet, no plates, and general air of decay. I'm assuming only tourists go to this place for their memories from the 70s or something. Don't go unless you're prepared to literally eat trash.
