“Try the mussels!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2013 via mobile

We live close to this restaurant, and have actually dined here several times. The food is excellent. My favorites so far are the Mussel appetizer, the salmon and the paninis are good too. The service can be alittle slow, but the food is worth the wait! They also have a very entertaining bartender.

“Great place for Green Bay visitors”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2013 via mobile

Huge new rooms and bathrooms. Well appointed and very quiet. The staff took excellent care of us with suggestions of what to do. We especially liked the fact that there are 6 covered parking spots right next to the front door. We had our motorcycle which made us very happy not to have a wet bike in the morning. The room comes with a serve yourself breakfast. In addition to the usual fare, the mini quiches were the best. Reheated quiche does not sound the great but everyone in the breakfast was raving how good they were. We will definitely be back when we are in or near Green Bay. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant and it was also very good.

“Great for Green Bay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

We stayed and dined, and living in area I will say this was one of the best keep secrets. As a retired Chef whose career was on east coast this does not disappoint. Chef here gives a great value and blending of flavors. I hope in the future as the public becomes more accustomed to french cuisine he exposes them to other dishes. Being from Provence he has many to share.
Menu was a nice size to be done right, staff was good but could use a little more knowledge. The bartender made a great drink and was knowledgeable in wines.
As to the hotel room was very nice and clean, we had a queen room the only flaw was the viscosity of body wash was to thick for device, big deal huh? I think moving the bed to middle seating area and the seats ton window area would darken it for sleeping and make social area more enjoyable. room 306 Thanks we will be a regular patron for chefs food and look forward to some wonderful classics.

“Never dissapointed!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

I have tried various items from the hotels restaurant Cafe Chanson, and every experience has been outstanding. The Executive Chef Sebastien Amoruso is from Southern France. He has his masters in culinary cusine and is very passionate about the food that leaves the kitchen to our table! They also serve bruch on Sundays and have a killer bloody mary!

“Great room excellent food friendly staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2013

Spent 2 nights here the room was extremely roomy and comfortable. We had a room with a 2way fireplace which was a great touch. Visited the bar both nights and was greeted by a very friendly staff both nights. Had dinner in the in house restaurant and had a absolutely wonderful meal a table of 8 somewhat picky eaters and not one was disappointed. Within walking distance are a number of restaurants and taverns with pleasant atmospheres and friendly people. I would recommend a stay here.
