We only went to Chicago Street once and will not go back even though it is close to our house. When we arrived, everyone was seated in the bar (everyone was seated AT the bar) and appeared to all know each other. When we said we wanted dinner, not bar service, they seemed flustered. We were the only ones in the restaurant part at 6 pm on a weeknight, and it was very apparent that they were not used to customers who didn't come to drink.
