“Beautiful view,average food.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2014

We had heard from numerous people that the view is spectacular, it was breathtaking! I only wish the food had been comparable to the view! The prime rib was too well done thus dry, and while the steaks were OK,there are numerous other places with better steaks to be had for less. The staff tried very hard but their timing was off,we waited 29 minutes for our salads and had barely began eating them when our entrees arrived. Baked potatoes had spent too long under the heat lamps, both of them were lukewarm and dry. I must say when we complained we were offered different sides for our meal and received 10% off our total bill.We will try another visit, as everyone deserves a second chance.

“Substandard at best”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2013 via mobile

Came in for our anniversary for dinner. The bartender "candy" was extremely rude. Made us feel like we were a nuisance to even bother her for a drink. She made political comments almost the entire time while pouring herself cocktails. The food was mediocre at best and the service was something out of flo's diner. I will never return.

“Nice view”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

This restaurant is situated on the lake. It has great views. You can eat downstairs outside, there's up pizza parlor type area also on the lower level, or upstairs in the main dining room or bar. We opted on a Saturday night, to eat in the main dining room. We were seated near a huge window with great view of the lake.

Saturday night's dinner special is prime red. So we both ordered it. We were very glad that we ordered it rare as it came medium, medium rare. Not exactly what I was expecting. But still it was very delicious.

Somewhere I read, that this was a typical Wisconsin supper club. Well, not really. It has been remodeled and does not have that charm.

“Nice view of Browns Lake”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

The upstairs dining room is where we were seated. A nice large room with huge windows overlooking the lake. The hosted kept calling us "guys". Multiple times. It was annoying.

We were there on a Saturday night when the special was prime rib. $18 queen $22 king. Very reasonable. We both ordered our prime rib RARE. My husbands was more of a medium rare and mine was medium-- not pink at all. That was a little disappointing.

Yes, I would return !

“So-So”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

Besides having a great view of the lake, this place was mediocre. We went with a large group of people and ordered thin crust pizzas. While this was probably our fault, we didn't order nearly enough and the pieces were cut so tiny that they were practically bite size, which I did not enjoy. They seemed overpriced too. The waitress seemed nice and accommodating, her name was Heidi I think.
