“Consistently good food and service at moderate prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2012

Carrabba's is a large chain with many restaurants. The restaurant in Brookfield is well run and meets the chains standards, which are high. We have never been disappointed at a Carrabbba's restaurant.

“Awesome Meal!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

Met friends there while in town. We had never been to one before. Luckily, we called ahead for reservations as there was a 45 minute wait when we arrived. There was a buy one get one special for tap beer, so that started the evening out right! Atmosphere was cozy and inviting with wonderful, delicate aromas wafting through the restaurant...no cloying garlic overpowering the room. The waiter was wonderfully knowledgeable about the menu and started off by explaining that anything on the menus could be cooked to order. Bread arrived with a saucer of herbs, to which the waiter drizzled olive oil to make a dipping sauce. I had the house salad and my husband had the Caesar salad, both were tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary. I couldn't decide which chicken entree to get, so he suggested the trio that included all three. It was a good choice as next time I will definitely get the Chicken Byron with goat cheese and an incredible sauce. The other two were good, but not spectacular. Husband had the lasagne and pronounced it the best he has had in a long time. He managed to polish off the chicken I couldn't eat. Our waiter never tried to hurry us out of the restaurant and we lingered for a good two hours from start to finish. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

“A++++”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2012 via mobile

Always delish with creative chefs specials!
The Chicken Bryan is to die for! Not your boring Olive garden food . Always friendly service !
The only thing I would change is the olive oil served with the bread, it's really sharp, should consider using my fav olive oil from The Oilerie!!
Oh, and great Martinis!

“Good Food Good Service - Good Deal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

This place always surprises - it is consistently good in both food quality and service. This is an economical italian restaurant chain that offers a decent wine menu, and menu items that occasionally change with the season or update by the chef. Not cooks but chef's at this location prepare nicely prepared food. The service has always been consistently good. On this evening wine by the bottle was discounted at 10 bucks off. A nice deal. The atmosphere is decent, clean and tasteful. Noise level is lower. We like this place and we'll keep coming back. We're probably here several times a year with different friends and alone too. I'm not sure what the rest of the chain is like but this location is really well managed by someone(s) that get it and know what they're doing.
