Description: Per the recommendation of our son, we went to the Liberty for their prime rib. We were not disappointed. Very, very good. The attentive service by wait staff and the owner(bar tender) was excellent. Dinner started out with warmed "sticky buns" that were to die for and a vegtable tray. There were four of use for dinner-three medium rare and one well done prime rib and they were all the on the money. We have been to the other supper clubs in the area and only the Gun Club, which was destroyed in a fire, was better but not by much. The menu for Liberty also offered items that we would find in a high end Chicao restaurant down to a simple burger. Liberty has our vote for No. 1 in Beloit. As a side note-my sons girl friend, who was with us and through her business, was in the Liberty kitchen once a month. She told us that it was one the cleanest kitchens she saw and, in her job, she saw them all.

“Very Nice way to spend an evening!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2012

Being new to Beloit, we were looking for a place where we may take family and friends in the future. This will definately be one of our spots! Our waitress was delightful, plates were picked up as soon as we finished, water glasses continually refilled. This really was a great way for us to spend a dinner date. And the owner greeted us on our way out...a bonus!! Bathrooms were clean, but rather cold. Seating near bar area can be louder...thus the reason for the "3" mark on atmosphere.

“Gourmel level dining.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2012

Their Facebook page lists the menu special items everyweekend. And the food lives up to their claims.

“How not to prepare food!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2011 via mobile

We paid $25.00 dollars for the red snapper special, which was recommended by the waitress. It had to be cut with a knife it was so tough and overdone. When brought to the attention of the waitress she seemed offended and suggested that maybe the chef could do something with it if she took it back to the kitchen. We understand that things can not be cooked perfectly every time but this was horrible and the lack of caring and concern by the waitress is really why I am writing this review. No compensation was made. The au gratin potatoes were also way over done.

“Great food and great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2011

Four of us had their prime rib special. We all thought that the prime rib was one of the best we ever had. The three medium rare were mediume rare and the well done was well done. Dinner started with warm sticky buns and a vegtable tray and then the main course. The Libert menu is interesting in that it offers items thay we have only seen in the higher end Chicago restaurants. So if prime rib is not what you want, there are other choices. The wait staff and the owner(the bartender) were friendly and concerned on how we liked the food. We have eaten at the other equal restaurants in Beloit and all of us felt that the Libert was the best! Also one member of our party, through work, had to go into the Libert kitchen once a month to do meter readings, she said it was one of the cleanest kitchens that she saw and she saw them all.
