there are unbelievable hills of huge tumbled rocks that land in a clear lake. somehow trees grow through the rocks so it's nice and shady. the buildings, shelters and lawn look like a setting from the godfather movie...maybe built in the thirties from stone. there's a sandy beach and playground. even though it was a nice warm june day, it wasn't busy at all.
