“A Very Good Italian Restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

A well decorated Italian restaurant within the Greenbriar Hotel. The drinks are of good size. The menu has a variety of offerings, and the food is nicely presented. All of this makes for a pleasant dining experience.

“Nice addition to the restaurant collection”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2014 via mobile

This is a lovely addition to the restaurant collection at the Greenbrier. As with everything at the Greenbrier, the service and decor were over the top. Less formal than the other restaurants, the Forum maintains the high level of service with friendly, do whatever to make you happy staff. The food was fantastic, high quality ingredients freshly prepared. My favorite thing was the smaller portion versions available of all the entrees. I was able to have a three course meal without feeling overstuffed. The scallop risotto was scrumptious and just the right portion.

“Nice option and value at the Greenbrier”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2014

Romantic weekend getaway at the Greenbrier (see other reviews). Ate here our first night. Had to wait approximately ten minutes (no reservations were made prior to arrival). Nice service. Nice atmosphere. We opted for one of the coal fired pizzas which was tasty. Not the best pizza I've ever had but definitely good and not your average Papa John's. I had a nice beer and the wife had a glass of wine. Tasty selection of Italian/Mediterranean breads paired with flavored butter, date spread, olive oil was complimentary. Caesar salad was excellent (but not as good as tableside-prepared Prime 44 West--see review). We chose a tiramisu for dessert and it was the most delectable tiramisu I've ever tasted. Giant portion. Our whole meal including wine and beer was around $65 which I thought very reasonable. A good option at the Greenbrier. Very nice wine selection. Other diners had delicious looking appetizers. Would return.

“Disappointing”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2014

We had the pizzas and, for the price, we did not think they were very good. These days you can get wonderful gourmet pizzas and these were very average. On the plus side, the service was good even though it was very crowded.

“dinner in The Forum”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2013

Nice decor, excellent service, average food, expensive wine list. The meal was about average in quality. Pricing was very high for a casual Italian dinner, but compared to the other restaurants at the Greenbrier it could be considered a bargain.
